Hon. Obadiah gave the assurance during an evening review meeting with local government health practitioners and traditional leaders, held at the Manchok Primary Health Care facility.
According to a statement signed by the chief press secretary to the chairman, Francis Peter, the meeting focused on strengthening ongoing health interventions, particularly the polio immunisation campaign, in line with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda aimed at improving “healthcare outcomes at the grassroots.”

He stressed that achieving total polio coverage remains critical to safeguarding the health and future of children in Kaura LGA.
The meeting drew strong community support, with traditional leaders pledging to mobilise residents and encourage full participation in the immunisation campaign. Their involvement, the chairman noted, remains vital to overcoming resistance and misinformation at the community level.
